Over 8 weeks, you’ll go from scattered and stuck to focused and launched. 🚀
Begin is a multi-faceted experience that marries play, experimentation, action planning, and community to generate clarity, momentum, and accountability to make moves that matter.
Workshops
We’ll gather weekly on the internet for interactive workshops to unpack emotional hurdles, introduce creative frameworks, and engage in live exercises that will guide you from vision to action.
Hw (kinda)
You’ll receive gentle structure in the form of light homework to keep the momentum going in between sessions. Think: journal prompts, worksheets, research, and optional reading or podcasts.

You’ll have private group chat for community accountability, celebrations, and support. Consider this your safe space to share your experiences and get gut checks as you prepare to launch your creative dream.
Coworking
We’re literally going to carve out time for you to get sh*t done and parallel play with your cohort via weekly virtual co-working sessions (60 min). Not required, but there for you if you need it.
Coaching
I’ll host office hours 2x/month where you can pop in to get a little extra TLC (tender loving coaching) about anything—from what’s holding you back to a branding question.
Buddies
You’ll be paired up with another member of your cohort for additional accountability, support, and creative expansion. Who knows? Maybe you’ll continue to hang out after the program ends!
The journey
The program intentionally kicks off during the start of Aries season, which is all about bold actions and new creative beginnings 💥🐏

March 23-29
This week is all about clarifying your vision and getting grounded in your “why.”
We’ll start the week with orientation so you can get to know your fellow dreamers and doers and set yourself up for success for the next 8 weeks.
Then, the fun begins! The first workshop will be focused on intention setting, vision mapping exercises, and reflective prompts to help you name what you're creating and why it matters to you.
-
March 30-April 5
Let's get real about time and energy. This week, we'll audit your schedule, identify what needs to go, and design a "minimum viable commitment" plan so you can consistently show up for your project without burning out.
-
April 6-12
Perfectionism ends here. We'll confront the lies that keep you stuck, practice taking messy action, and launch your "flawed and fabulous" first draft—because done is better than perfect.
-
April 13-19
Time to map it out. We'll reverse-engineer your launch timeline, break your big vision into bite-sized milestones, and create a realistic plan that actually gets you to the finish line.
-
April 20-26
This week is about building trust in your voice and vision. Through storytelling exercises and confidence-building practices, you'll craft your origin story and learn to own why YOU are the right person to create this.
-
April 27-May 3
It's time to share your work—without the ick. We'll explore soft-launch strategies, practice visibility that feels aligned (not performative), and help you take your first brave step into being seen.
-
May 4-10
We're in the home stretch! This week focuses on sustaining momentum, re-aligning with your why, and designing rituals to refill your creative cup.
-
May 11-17
The finale! We'll celebrate your journey, reflect on your growth, and map out your next steps so the momentum continues beyond the program.

Meet your hype woman and coach!
Hi, I’m Krystie! 👋🏼
I’m a multi-passionate creative: creativity coach, Moth-trained storytelling instructor, brand and community strategist, and founder of Slant’d, an indie nonprofit press that I launched from a literal post-it!
Here’s the truth: I’ve been a creative procrastinator, too. I spent months dilly dallying on a project near and dear to my heart because I was waiting for the “right time,” for the “perfect plan,” and questioning if I was even the right person to do it. What finally got me unstuck wasn’t more planning—it was the permission to start messy, create structure that worked for me, and share my idea with people who believed in me before I believed in myself.
I know what it’s like to have an idea that won’t leave you alone and also what it’s like to juggle a million things on the calendar. Which is why I created Begin: to help you break free from perfectionism, build momentum, and finally bring that “someday” project into the now.
My approach blends practical tools with heart-led coaching and play. As a recovering girlboss-workaholic-perfectionist, I’m not here to push you into hustle mode; I’m here to help you move at a pace that feels sustainable and true to YOU.
Begin is more than just launching a project—it’s about reconnecting with your creative genius and building the confidence to make your dreams a reality.

"I appreciated all of Krystie's guidance as I embarked on a journey to become an entrepreneur. I was in the early stages of carving out something from myself after striking out on my own and it was helpful to work with her to help me realize my big dreams."
Tesiah C.
“It was an incredible experience. Krystie was an intentional and engaging facilitator, bringing joyful energy and thoughtful guidance to each session. Our group was so supportive of one another, and I am excited to see where each person continues on their creative journey!"
Jenny Y.
“Krystie led such a thoughtful and wonderful experience for our group. She created a safe space for all of us to express our guilt, shame, concern, needs, and wants around our creativity. I looked forward to every meetup and loved the guided experience. It helped me be honest with myself, and gave me a supportive community who was on the same journey.”
Connie C.

Your Questions, Answered
-
You don’t need a polished plan, but you do need a creative spark, a curiosity, or a semi-baked idea that you can’t stop thinking about. We’ll spend the early weeks of the program clarifying your vision and shaping it into something real and doable.
-
All workshops will be recorded and shared. I highly encourage showing up live whenever possible—the magic happens in real-time connection!
Coworking sessions, office hours, and the group chat are ways to stay connected throughout the week.
-
About 2–3 hours per week, including the live workshop (~60 min), optional coworking, and occasional homework. Everything is designed to be flexible and fit around your real life—not take it over.
-
Yes! This program is for anyone who has a meaningful project they’ve been putting off—whether it’s creative, personal, community-based, or entrepreneurial. You don’t need to be a freelancer, artist, entrepreneur, or founder. You just need the hunger to start.
-
Not exactly. Although you will gain a lot of momentum, Begin is designed to support people who are in the earlystages—still shaping, starting, or finally prioritizing a meaningful project.
This program focuses on creative clarity, meaningful momentum, and sustainable action—not quick-fix business strategies or monetization hacks.
If you’re already DEEP into biz dev, trying to scale your biz model, or find big investors to hit major revenue milestones FAST, then an accelerator or incubator might be a better fit for you.
-
This program focuses on clarifying your idea and building habits, confidence, and traction to bring the idea to life. You’ll get templates, frameworks, and exercises to support that work. I spent 10+ years as a brand and community strategist, so I naturally have integrated that thinking into the curriculum, but there won’t be specific deep dives into business planning and product or brand development.
-
Because of the intimate, limited-group nature of the program, all sales are final. Please reach out to me at createwithkrystie@gmail.com if you have any questions before enrolling.
